At Art Mijo, we want you to have a delightful shopping experience with our art products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Non-returnable Items
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info.artmijo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

  1. Refund Approval
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  2. Partial Refunds
    In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition, or items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
    • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info.artmijo@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.artmijo@gmail.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the damage for verification purposes.
